This item(s) is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and AS DEPICTED, with all faults, defects and imperfections acknowledged and waived by Buyer and without any warranties of any kind, including but not limited to express warranties, implied warranties, or any claim for fitness for purpose.

Buyer agrees to indemnify R1 Source Inc. DBA World Equipment Source for any claims arising from Buyer’s use, sale or other transaction of this item(s). R1 Source Inc. DBA World Equipment Source shall not be liable to Buyer for any general, special, consequential, direct, incidental, indirect, statutory, punitive or exemplary damages. This transaction shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California, and any and all actions brought by Buyer arising out of or in any way connected with this transaction shall be subject to jurisdiction only in San Diego, California, R1 Source Inc. DBA World Equipment Source ’ principal place of business.
